Pay a £150 deposit to secure your adventure. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to pick-up and a refundable £750 security deposit 5 days before.
Once all your documentation has been completed we acquaint you with your new travel companion and your adventure begins!
Our campervan hire is designed to provide a hassle free experience, and that’s why we include pretty much everything you will need for your adventure. There are of course a few additional extras to tailor your adventure to your exact needs. We can also discuss any personal requests if you have any.
Our campervan is equipped with everything that you will need for your adventure. This includes crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and an outdoor table and chairs. Here’s some extra items you’ll need to bring.
You need to bring your own bedding; pillows, quilt and/or sleeping bag depending on your personal preference. Don't forget your towels!
We provide pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, crockery and a kettle. Bin bags, cleaning products and other consumable items are not included.
We recommend packing clothes in soft bags as they can be easily squashed into small spaces. Storage space is limited so pack light!
Ever tried to find that elusive toilet by starlight? It usually ends badly so remember your torch!
Picking up the campervan is the start of your holiday and the most exciting bit. Please see below for a summary of everything you need to know.
Collection of the campervan will be from our address in Countesthorpe, Leicestershire.
Our campervans are collected at 10am on the first day of hire.
We ask that you please remember to bring all the required documentation with you for collection. We won’t be able to hand over the keys to the campervan without this information.
The campervan comes with a full tank of fuel and we request that it is returned to us with a full tank at the end of your holiday.
It's important to know how the campervan works, and so we will show you where everything is and how to use it before you set off.
We require certain paperwork to ensure insurance cover is provided for each driver. The following is a list of everything we need.
We provide cover for two drivers as standard. Our insurance criteria is below. Should you wish to hire our campervan but do not meet the criteria please contact us to discuss.
Full details of our insurance criteria can be found within our Terms and Conditions. The ultimate decision regarding insurance cover lies with the insurance company.
We also recommend that you have travel insurance cover whilst you hire the campervan.
Yes, we accept a well behaved dog. The campervan is quite compact so we do ask that you consider this when deciding whether to bring your dog along, as the space isn’t suitable for all dogs.
We ask that you bring along dog blankets to cover seats and never leave your dog alone in the campervan.
We charge an additional £25 for dogs, this is to cover the additional cleaning required.
Please note that should a dog cause damage or more extensive cleaning than standard is required, we may charge an additional fee as per our Terms and Conditions.
Smoking and vaping is strictly forbidden within the camper at any time. A fee will be charged should this occur as per our Terms & Conditions.
We accept payment by credit or debit card. This includes Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept cash payments.
We are registered with the Camping and Caravanning Club Motorhome Hire Scheme, which means when you stay on a participating site you’ll receive up to 30% off site fees.
We do not normally allow hire for festivals. However please contact us to discuss further as there is some movement on this dependent upon circumstances.
You are welcome to leave your car at our property for the duration of your adventure. However, we accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to your vehicle. We also ask that a set of keys are left with us.
No, we do not currently allow travel to Europe. You are free to explore the United Kingdom in our campervans.
Yes! We think the gift of an adventure in our campervan is amazing. Gift vouchers can be purchased by contacting us and can be tailored to your requirements; covering a whole adventure or alternatively a fixed value towards a trip.
Like all vehicle hire companies, our policy does not cover damage to tyres from punctures, cuts, blowouts etc. There is also a £500 excess for windscreen replacement. We would recommend taking out campervan hire excess insurance if you wish to minimise any risk associated with the insurance excess.
