It's not long until you pick-up the campervan. We hope to make the process as quick and hassle free as possible, so please supply the required details in time for us to verify them.

Entitlement to Drive

Please take a photograph or scan of your driving licence(s). Your licence record is now stored electronically by the DVLA. In order for us to verify your entitlement to drive and arrange insurance we must check your electronic driving licence. This must be done for each and every driver.

Please obtain a DVLA check code for each UK driver from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.

Every intended driver must also be present at pick-up.

Address Verification

Please supply two bills for each and every driver; these are used to verify your address. Each driver must supply at least one primary bill.

The bills provided must show your name, current and full address and be issued within 90 days (3 months) of the first date of hire. Council Tax and TV Licence documents are accepted, so long as they are issued for the current year.
